Grief doesn’t knock before it enters — it walks in and changes everything. When you’re walking through the loss of a child while raising others, that grief takes on new shapes, new sounds, and sometimes, silence.

Grief is an uncharted journey, one that no parent ever expects to take. The loss of a child leaves a void so deep that words can hardly capture its weight. For our family, the passing of our daughter, Caislee Rylin, was the moment that forever changed us.
